I am pleased to inform you that you have been offered provisional admission to this University as a Full-time student to pursue a Bachelor Degree Programme in the Course stated above.
The fees payable by all students of the University is Three Hundred and Forty One Thousand Five Hundred naira (N341, 500.00) as follow:
Tuition fee: N200, 000.00
University Development Levy N 30,000.00
Laboratory equipment/ Facilities Fee N20, 000.00
Refundable Deposit on Facilities Damage N10, 000.00
Examinations fee N10, 000.00
Sports and Games fees N 3, 000.00
Library Fee N 3,000.00
Identity Cards N 2,500.00
ICT N 10, 000.00
Accommodation Fee N 40,000.00
Medical Fee N 13,000.00
The above fees are to be paid either in FULL OR IN TWO INSTALMENTS OF NOT LESS THAN the sum of N226,100.00 (60%) into the University Account (First Bank, Osogbo Account 2013777582) only when you have been cleared by appropriate officer of the University that you have the required academic requirements to pursue the course you have been admitted. If the second option is chosen, the remaining forty percent (40%) of N115, 400.00 must be paid latest by the first week of second semester. If you wish to use a Bank draft, it should be addressed to “FOUNTAIN UNIVERSITY, OSOGBO”
Candidates are to provide their own 2 ½ ft Mattresses, Pillows and Bed Sheets. Candidates are to note that no form of cooking is allowed in the Hostels and so use of Stoves, Hot-Plates, Boiling Rings etc are NOT ALLOWED. Students are to buy their foods from the cafeteria on PAY- AS –YOU- EAT basis. Kindly note that use of Camera Phones and i-Phones are NOT ALLOWED in the University.
The DRESS CODE of the University is a Shirt on a Pair of trousers with a tie along with a Shoes and Socks for the Male Students while for the Female Students, it is a Long skirt(not above the knee) and a well buttoned Shirt/Blouse with a long sleeve that should be beyond the elbow including head cover. (See Students’ Handbook for details).
You will be required to submit a Chest X -ray and a Certified Medical examinations Report from a Government Hospital as part of your registration requirements.
Registration exercise will commence for the 2012/2013 Session on the Wednesday 3rd of October, 2012 and will last for TWO WEEKS.
Please note that you will be required to withdraw from the University, if it is discovered, at any time, that you have given false information to gain admission into the University.
